Is VR in a Nikon 24-70 worth the extra money for a Nikon D7200? Its a large price change between the two, is the difference worth?

IMO, VR isn't worth the difference, nor is the non-VR 24-70 worth the sticker price brand new, even if it were to go onto a full frame body. You could get a couple of darn good prime lenses for that kind of money.
