Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the nikon d3100?
So i want a nikon camera and i wanted the 3000 but then they came out with the d3100 is it worth it to just get the newer one is the image qulity That big of a diffrents? Um not sure if i would use the video that much but if i get the 3000 i'm afraid the pictures won't be as good as i want.
D3000 isn't bad, D3100 beats it mainly in low light situations
Nikon D3100 is better for low light, Live View Function and video. If you don't mind video, you may get Nikon D3000 and save extra money for another good lens.
Listen to yourself. You said you wanted the D3000 but when they came out with the new one, you are afraid pics won't be so good.
But why. When there was no D31000 (which has 100% same image quality), what, was it top and now it's not? Come on.
The D3100 at 700$ has less noise and higher ISO range, better video, better features but same image quality. Think what you want.
