Is the Canon EOS Rebel T2i a DSLR?
I was talking to an online representative on Wolfcamera.com and I told him if he would recommend any cameras to me hoping he'd recommend the Canon EOS Rebel T2i.
I said, "Are there any DSLR's you'd recommend for a first time DSLR user?"
He said he only has Nikon's and Sony's available, not any Canon's.
I asked, "Isn't the Canon EOS Rebel T2i a DSLR?"
He said it was an SLR.
Help?
I always had the impression it was a DSLR.
Answers please!
Yes, it is a DSLR.
Yes it is DSLR- a digital SLR
an SLR is a film camera
SLR uses 35mm film
DSLR is Digital.
So otherwise it's an SLR but it's a Digital Format Hence DSLR
