The T3 is the newest of the three. The D5000 has been replaced by the awesome D5100 and the T1i has been replaced by the T2i and T3i. These are all great cameras, but remember lenses are more important than the camera body. Tell us what you like to shoot and we can recommend lenses for you. Update - Since you like to shoot fashion, heres a lens recommendationa… - a 50mm would be fine. A Canon 50 1.8 costs about $100 and the 1.4 (better glass, build quality) costs about $400. A Nikon 50 1.8 AF costs about $150 and the 50 1.8 AF-S costs about $300 or so. Start out with an 18-55 and a 50. But before spending any money on a camera, go to your local library and read some of the basic photography books they have.
