How to fix sticky camera body?

I have problem with my nikon cameras F80, F75, F55. The bodies of the cameras has become very sticky and I Have tried to clean with methylate spirit but doesn't clean at all.
is anyone can help me please to solve this problem

What i usually do to fix sticky buttons for anything is i disassemble it and clean the stickyness off of the button then assemble it back. This off course, usually happens to my game controllers.
