My budget is from Rs. 40, 000 to Rs. 70, 000. I want a very good professional cam but from Cannon or Nikon. I don't know which is the best. Please give a good review abt it and please help. I want it to click good quality images and have good shots at night with very very less redeye effect and ISO upto 3200 or 6400.

Both are good brands but canon is best and professionals choice all round the world. Go for it. Canon is good for both Professionals as well as starters but Nikon in good just for professionals.

I have owned Canon (this is the correct spelling) all my life and the Canon product has served me well.
You should consider any one of the three Canon Rebel models, they all do professional work in a reasonable price range.
Now you want a camera that takes good shots at night with very very less red eye effect. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! The red eye comes from the flash not the camera. The camera only records what it see's. To avoid red eye you need to be able to remove the flash from the camera with your left hand and raise the flash to arm's length. Now tilt the flash slightly down toward the subject. Since most flash units made today are not removable unless you get a separate bracket and an extension cord you need to come up with another way. You need a flash(Canon flash # 270 & up) that has a bounce feature so you can bounce the light off the ceiling. And better yet, get a small reflector to bounce the light off the flash head. Watch newspaper photographers. Most of them use a simple small white card taped to the flash head at a 45 degree angle, so the light comes out of the flash, on to the card and bounces to the subject.

That depends on what you are going to do. Do you need ruggedness? Nikon. Do you need a higher resolution for less money? Canon. Do you want video capabilities? Canon.

HOWEVER… It is the LENSES that should decide for you what to get. If you are more likely to use lenses made by Nikon get a Nikon. If you are more likely to use lenses made by Canon get a Canon. You need to try out these cameras IN PERSON - there's no substitute for getting your hands on the camera.

Ignore the people that say Canon is better - both make fine cameras or they would go out of business. However a batch of Nikon and Canon cameras were taken on a trip to Antarctica. A full one-fourth of the Canons failed and none of the Nikons did. I like both brands but when it comes to high-end DSLR cameras for me its a Nikon. Unfortunately, the one I want hasn't been made yet. I'm looking for a Nikon D3X sensor equipped camera in a Nikon D700 sized body - look for it to be released next year.

Canon is NOT the best, nor do most pros use them. More pros use Nikon. Nikon & Canon are equal when it comes to quality.
You asked this question on an American site, so we don't have a clue what you're talking about money wise.
Want best? Look at a Nikon D3x.

One would think when you purchased them that the codes were available to print.

You may be able to use them, you should really call your local best buy and ask…

I work at a different retail store and we don't do that, because you can't really prove that the card is yours, because you don't physically have it… But in all reality even if you had it, you could have taken it from someone else.

So my best advice would be to call
