Will this lens fit my camera?

I'm wondering if this MC 80 mm Tilt & Shift Nikon lens will fit on one of my cameras (Nikon D60 D5000 or the D300s). I'm unfamiliar with the Nikon AI mounting type. A simple yes or no and a brief explanation of the Nikon AI mounting type difference would be appreciated.

It will fit but you will hafta use it in manual cuz your cam won't meter w/ it.
