Would a Nikon AF 70-300/4.0-5.6 G fit a d3000 and d4?

Canon 5D mk3 OR Nikon D800?

I need a good lens for shooting events but also good for portraits

For those with experience, how much of the resolution of the D800 is actually usable if you're using a versatile zoom lens with 10x zoom? What I'm trying to say is is the full resolution going to be detectable with a less-than crisp clear lens, or do I absolutely have to get a "prime lens" for it? How much quality is actually lost beyond recovery by using a versatile lens?

Sell a nikon d7000 an buy a d700?
The price is low (700 euro), but the shutter is at 150 000.
Why? Large viewfinder and more DOF/quality.
If the shutter breaks down, I'm facing 300 euro for a new one I guess…

What's going on with my nikon D100 camera?
Ok so o try to take pictures but in the lcd section thing it says "Fee" what is this? And some tips on taking better pictures clear, pretty portraits?

Did I break my auto focus device from my camera?
Okay so I was taking pictures when all of a sudden the device used to zoom and clearify and stuff got loose and now the slider to change how clear or blurry the picture is, and its as if it broke somthing and its like sliding faster than the paced usual way. By the way its a nikon D100 and the af is 35-70mm f3.3-f4.5 MACRO ZOOM. Its like making pictures brighter too and less clear? Or is it just me?

Is there any benefit to purchasing this lens for my Nikon camera?
I have a Nikon D200. I have an AF 18-250 mm macro zoom lens…
I was thinking about purchasing a Nikon 85mm f/1.8D lens.
Would there be any benefit to this or would my pictures turn out the same as because 85mm is already within the 18-250 mm range?
My goal is to take beautiful portraits with blurred backgrounds.
I'm obviously not professional. I'm willing to spend as much money as possible though to get the best overall portrait results! So if you would recommend something else, let me know.

I'm getting into wedding photography, currently I have a Nikon d7000. I'm trying to decide between three different cameras.
Nikon d90 found one for 450
Nikon d300s found one for 700
Nikon d3200 new for around 600
This camera will be a backup/secondary camera. I will be using prime lenses on it most of the time, unless of course something happens to my d7000.
I'm looking for which one of these cameras would fit what I need?
