Nikon d300s: Is it worth the extra $200 over D7000?

It has a 12mp DX sensor, so obviously quality will be a tad better (as well as 14-bit RAW).
But is it worth paying 200 more dollars over the Nikon D7000?

Actually, the D300s is basically a re-release of the Nikon D300 with added video feature. Still a good camera, especially if you want something more rugged.
Performance wise, however, the D7000 wins (in lab testing)
I would personally go for the D7000 over the D300s

Quality will be tad better? D7000 has 16mp DX sensor, 4 more megapixels. The D7000 has a newer sensor with better high ISO performance.
D7000 is the best option. And megapixels have nothing to do with the quality, read more below.
