In what ways is the Nikon D300S better than the D7000?

Looking at the price difference, I'm pretty sure there are some ways the D300S is more awesome… Or am I wrong? Is the D7000 totally better?

The D7000 is much newer…
In general the D300S, being designed very much towards the needs of action shooters and journalists, comes with a better autofocus system (crazy 51 AF point vs the insane 39 of the D7000), and its weather seals probably also are a bit better than those of the D7000.
Other than that there are probably some advanced features that are present on the D300S which the D7000 does not have, but i can't name any right now (i have neither camera).
But for most intents and purposes the D7000 is the better camera.

D300s has the edge in shape, build quality and weather sealing. It's AF system is also better. D7000 has a stop better high iso
