Where can I get some special lenses for my nikon d3100?

I have the Lens that it came with and Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX Lens. I was hoping to find a night vision lens and a thermal imaging lens?

Nightvision and thermal imaging is part of a system, that is a combination of the specialized camera, its sensor and lens combination.

There are NO such lenses that can be attached to any dSLR camera, those images are produced by very special sensors.

That would be in the camera body, not a lens. A DSLR sensor can only see the normal spectrum. It even has a glass plate inside to block infrared light. And you can buy filters to block UV light. It reacts to visible light only.
