What are some good cheap lenses I can get for nikon? I have d3100?

I already have two lenses, a 18-55mm and 55-200mm, if there's any thing I should look into please answer this question!

It depends on what you want to do. Photo gear is just like owning any other kind of tool. As you work on your home or car, you come to realize that there are things you need like a socket set and screwdrivers because you actually have a need for them. If there was a specific tool that you needed for working on your home or car, you'd know it because nothing you already own works. So it is with camera gear. What type of photos do you want to take that your current kit won't allow or won't do well enough for you?
I think that if you were constantly trying to achieve a certain look, or trying to get wide or close, that you'd know it and would not really have to ask. Because you're asking, I would be surprised that you really NEED another lens.
However, with that said, most people with your two kit lenses will do the following:
1. Most commonly people will get an ultra-wide lens.
2. If they need faster shutter speeds, then a 35 or 50mm prime lens is the answer.
3. If they need to get closer than either get a stronger prime or zoom lens, or just get a teleconverter.

Honestly, if you aren't sure which of the three possibilities applies to you, then don't buy another lens. Do you have a tripod? If not, invest your money into a decent one. Do you have an external flash? If not, instead of relying on the pop-up flash built into the D3100, get yourself one that has a head that tilts and swivels which will make a dramatic improvement on your flash pictures.
Otherwise, just save your cash for a time where you really know that you need a specific piece of equipment. Otherwise you'll just end up having a drawer full of screwdrivers that you rarely ever use.

My next step was to explore macro photography and bought lenses and tools to do that.

After that I got into prime lenses. They are really fast and relatively inexpensive. I have a 35mm f/1.8, a 50mm f/1.8 and an 85mm f/1.4. I enjoy indoor photography without the flash.

My next adventure will be with wide angle. I'm looking at the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8.

I haven't been too interested in fisheye, but many people are.

I've also dabbled in long lenses and have a 500mm, but it is a mirror style and is disappointing in resolution. I've found my super zoom much more fun.

Another thing that has my attention are the tilt-shift lenses.

So, you see, they try to make a lens for any interest you have, and lenses for things you have absolutely no interest in. The question is, where do you want to go?

How about a 500mm mirror lens?
