Is the entry level lens for the Nikon D3300 better than the D3200?
I read too much. I thought I read somewhere, maybe on here, that the D3300 lens was a better lens than the D3200 lens. (18-55mm)
I want to upgrade from my nikon d3100 to a nikon d5100.
first, what is a reasonable price to sell my nikon d3100 for? I'm just selling the body.
second, what is the best price that I could buy a refurbished nikon d5100 at? Body only.
(also is it recommended to buy a refurbished camera or should i get a new one?)

I need suggestions to use wisely this gift! I'm owning a Nikon d5100 body and a 18-105 mm lens that are damaged due to broken aperture blades:/ This gift is a God bl3ess for me right now and i'd like some suggestion from experienced photographers which lens should i choose now with my gift, what are the must have pieces for a begginer like me. All i know is that id love to have a zoom lens with low enough aperture number ( for the night ) and a macro lens. I know that zoom lens that start from 18mm, zoom really high and have good aperture are not cheap but id like to know the best options! Let me hear your suggestions!
Should I purchase the Nikon 55-200mm VR lens?
I recently purchased the Nikon d3200 with the 18-55mm kit lens. I'm now looking into getting another lens. For action shots (sports) and portraits, would the 55-200mm VR lens be a good choice, or is there another one that is better? Also, for shooting video would it be a good choice? I bought a Nikon D5100 a year ago and the warranty expired on february, 2014.
Now I'm getting the "Press shutter release button again" error and I will have to send it to repair. It's not going to be cheap.
It's unbelievable that it happened just when the warranty expired. I had an old Fuji for 4 years and it never gave me headache.
