Sell my Nikon D7000 for Olympus OM-D E-M5?

I recently purchased a D7000 and I more than satisfied with the results. But when I found out about the E-M5 I was really convinced. I know the D7000 will probably slightly rule the OM-D in terms of several specs, but after using the D7000 and bringing it on vacations, I found out that the weight is in fact an issue. I like the E-M5 for its pure lightweight structure and solid performance but I'm not so convinced with its price right now.
So, should I sell my D7000 now, then wait for the E-M5's price to drop?
Is selling my camera on Craigslist a good idea? (Of course I will expect cash only)

Both photography and videos?

I'm stuck between the nikon d5100 and canon t3i.
I'm a film maker but I also do a lot of photography. Which one is better?
Please don't say "it depends on the photographer " or a dumb smart comment.
A simple answer based on your preference Is all I'm asking. Also do not suggest getting a cam corder.

Nikon D80 - Why is there 2 ISO settings?

I have started photography over the past year or two and am using a Nikon D80 camera and recently I've decided to start trying to use it manually and try and get different pictures and also night pictures.

But when I've been taking night pictures I have realised my ISO was up to 1600 which isn't good it should be about 100 or 200 for night, I know how to change this but it still carried on setting it to 1600, so after a bit of playing around I realised there was ISO sensitivity set in custom settings.

I just want to know what's the difference between ISO in general menu and ISO sensitvity in the custom menu? And what should they be on once back to normal?

Also if i'm in auto mode will the iso automatically go to auto itself or not?

Windscreens/ Preventing Gear Noise?

I'm running a Nikon D5100 with a Beyerdynamic MCE S ll Cam set for audio while recording video.

I'm aware auto focus is not preferred when doing video but I do have certain situations that require it, and when I do I get noises from my lens.

I was thinking of getting an 18cm Micover Puffin Wind Diffusion for it, but I also noticed a $30 (compared to $70) windscreen, while Rycote offers an 18cm $110 version.

So my questions:

1. Does the price of the windscreen really matter or is that just because of brand name (should I spend the 70 over the 30 so I don't regret it?)

2. Would a windscreen even help with gear noise?

Keep in mind I have thought of getting other mics and such but its currently out of the question, and yes I have experimented with distancing my mic from the camera, while I could get longer cords the issue lies in that most situations I'm doing everything so my mic needs to be mounted (yes I've looked at adjustable mounts and rigs but I'd rather not buy another rig for the time being, I'm just hoping a windscreen will be a good permanent fix)
