If I Purchase a Nikon d5100 will my Nikkor AF lense work on it?

I currently have a nikon D80 and I have a Nikkor AF 70-300 mm lens that I use with it. I'm looking to upgrade my camera to a nikon d5100. Does the D5100 have the built in motor for auto focusing so that my AF lens will auto focus?

Inexpensive way to waterproof a Nikon D5100?

Hey I'm going to a snowboarding trip real soon. And I'm looking to take some footage. Now I'm looking for a cheap way to safely protect my camera from water. I'm not going to be riding w/ it and take footage. So I was wondering if there's a cheap way to safely protect my camera from the snow?
Plastic bags like a Zip?
I have already looked at items like the Aqua Pac and ewa-marine (Way out of my price range)
By cheap I mean no more than $100.

How to get my nikon d40 timers to stay on for long periods?

I can get it stay on for about 1 min, but manual says it can be changed on page 33… No it don't.
any help, thanks.

Added (1). I'm waiting for owl's to return to a small barn, not really enough room for me, easily seen. I want to sit out the way but leave the camera there.

Added (2). Sorry to take pic's with remote sensor

Added (3). There's only one beam for it to sit on, away from the nest box. So I was going to set it up focusing on that beam. I will be operating it manually when it returns. It say's remote can be set for upto 15 mins, but I can't find that either. Thanks again for any help.

Displaying pictures right away on a monitor?

I'm doing my first photo shoot with a Nikon D5100.Is there any way to display the pictures on a tv screen right after they are taken? I will be taking pictures of nearly fifty people and I'm sure they'd want to see how their photo looks before it is printed. Are there any other alternatives than them just coming over and looking at the camera display?

Suggested lens for Nikon D3100 for Lower Antelope Canyon, Zion, Page, GCNP?

My wife has a D3100 with its standard lens. Would photos be substantially better with a wide angle. Any suggested lenses or ranges? We won't buy more than one additional lens, but I'm not sure if it's even important to have another lens.
