Can I change the firmware of my camera or add features somehow?

So I have a Nikon D3000. I try to do HDRs but it's hard because the D3000's firmware doesn't have an exposure bracketing feature. Is there any way I could load a modified version of the firmware onto the camera? And if so where could I find it?

Any tips/tricks I can do with my Nikon d5100?

I've had this camera for maybe a year now, haven't used it much (other than just high quality pictures) and I've used all the settings, but am just now getting into the MASP features. (manual, aperture, shutter, and program) What are each of them used for, how can I use them/change them, etc. I'm an amateur photographer, just taking artsy photos for my instagram (@/_redwonderland) and I really want to become more discovered. I think better and more unique pictures will help.

I don't consider myself a photographer but it is one of my favorite hobbies and i'm experienced with different cameras. What I want to know is, what do people find so good about canon rebels, i've never seen one in person or used one so I woykdnt know what's so special about this specific camera. Imfo would be greatly appreciated. I'm also thinking about a nikon dslr d3200, which one is more worth buying?

How to pause while recording on a Nikon D3200?

I'm shooting a video on my Nikon camera, and while I'm recording, I can't really pause. I can't seem to find a button, or an option for pausing too.

What lens for a Nikon D3100?

I've been shooting for a while with the kit lens (an 18-55mm AF-S). I've noticed that it has a bit of difficulty in low light and I could use more zoom. I'm on a really tight budget. Does Nikon make any lenses that are both zoom lenses and good lenses in low lighting?

Would the nikon af-s DX 35mm f 1.8g be a 50mm on my d5100?

Added (1). So when i look into my view finder, i will see what you normally see on a 50mm right? I'm trying to pick between the 35mm and the 50mm and i don't want a lens thats too telephoto.

How to make this music video?

I currently have a Nikon D7000 w/ HD Video. I was wondering how would I go about making this music video>
I know they had much more expensive video and set gear for these videos, but I feel that it's very possible that any DSLR today beats the pants off the elite supreme gear then.Am I crazy?

I know it's more than video equipment. What other techniques, editing, tips?

I also go to art school, and have a lot of artists by my side, along with the facilities to do this.
