Nikon D80 Set-up for Multiple Pictures?

I was wondering if there's an attachment for a Nikon D80 that I can use to take multiple pictures over a period of time without touching the button. Basically, I'm wanting to take pictures while I work out without having to stop and mess with the camera.

You are looking for an interval timer so you can shoot time lapse images, am I right?

There are some third party interval timers that can do that for you. If you had a Nikon D200 or D300, that feature is built into the camera.
