Jeroen is correct, service manuals are not something that are easy to find in the wild… Especially for free. Nikon and canon are about the same when it comes to this. First, you have to become an "authorized repair center" (which requires a technician taking the general repair course covering DSLR & P&S cameras). Then the tech has to take courses/tests on the different series of cameras.

So, to get a D70s service manual… You will probably need to spend at least $5, 000 to cover business incorporation (if you don't have one already), training, and tools.
