Nikon d40x won't turn on?

I bought the camera second hand, it worked perfectly at the time (over a year ago), had all the parts etc.

Anyway recently it just refuses to turn on.so;

What do I do? Is it fixable?

Any help appreciated really, not sure where to start with fixing it.

(I tried resetting it, but to no avail)

The only thing I can suggest, since I'm assuming your battery is charged, would be to see a pro.
Could be the power switch is broken.
