My camera Nikon d80 doesn't take photos?

We were taking photos, and I pressed a button near the start button (there's a +/- button and a button with a shape) i think i presse the button with the shape. I already tried to take out the battery and the card, and put it all back, but it still won't take photos. When i press the photo button, and there's the number of photos that i can take (729), so when I press it, sht like г09 appears. I don't know what to do!

Try doing a camera reset. It is explained on page 44 of your manual. If you don't have a manual, download one from here.
