I have a Tamora SLR lens. Can I use it on my Nikon D50 SLR?
It is automatic focus, but can be switched to manual.
The Nikon D50 has its own autofocus motor. I don't know anything about the particular lens, but if it is autofocus, Nikon mount compatible, and works properly, then it should be able to autofocus with the D50.
Never heard of "Tamora".
What camera did you use this lens on before? If it is a Nikon mount autofocus lens, then it should work just fine on a D50. If you used it on anything but a Nikon body, then it probably won't work.
What ever brand that lens may be, as long as it has a Nikon F mount, it will connect to your camera.AF and other auto functions won't be guaranteed since it's not a Nikon but since the D50 does have its own AF motor, AF would probably work.
