Hi guys…
i recently bought a nikon af-s 35mm f/1.8g for my d3100 and placed an UV filter on it…
then i want to remove the filter off but i can't because i put it to tight…
how to remove it? Do i spin the filter clockwise or counter-clockwise?
i'm worried if i try too hard i can damage the lens…

Use one of those rubber gizzies in your kitchen you use to remove tight lids

The trick sometimes is to apply even pressure while turning. Try taking a hunk of electrical zip lamp cord, cut a piece maybe 10 inches long and wrap it around the edge of the filter, only the filter, pinching it with your hand so you have even pressure, then turning counter clockwise to loosen.

Hopefully works.
