How to turn on continuous shooting for Nikon D3100?
How do I turn on continuous shooting for Nikon D3100?
Added (1). I lost my manual.
I bet the MANUAL could be very helpful
in this situation
I read the manual that came with mine. Try pages 5 and 53 for starters. It's just amazing the amount of info in those manuals.
May be a long shot but maybe googling "user manual for Nikon D3199" might work. :roll eyes
A Google search for "d3100 manual" comes up with the following link:

On the camera settings menu, go to shutter settings and chose continous. Or, with the camera on, press the little button with the "i" on it and you will find different boxes highlighted on the menu screen that first comes up when you turn the camera on. Then arrow down to the box that has the "S" and press ok on the arrow button. You will then be able to arrow un and down to get what you want.
On the top of the camera, to the right of the dial, is a knob with 4 different settings. Move that knob to the second setting (the one with the 4 boxes stacked on top of each other).
