Nikon D800 Continuous Shooting?
I have a Nikon D800 and would like to take some self-portraits. I know there's a way to delay the shutter like 5 or 10 seconds or something but is there a way to push the shutter button and have it continuously shoot photos until you push it again or after a certain amount of photos are taken? I don't wanna push the button, run over, pose, have a single photo taken, then repeat the process. Any help would be appreciated! The camera would be on a tripod and I have heard of the wireless remotes you can use.
If there's I never found it maybe use blue tach to hold the button down on continuous shooting
Use the wireless remote.coupled to a 2 second delay to give you time to fir ethe button and hide it.

My Canon has the ability to set a delay followed by 2-9 exposures - can your Nikon do that? Check the manual.

http://www.nikondigitutor.com/eng/d800/index.html Who better than Nikon to teach you all about your Nikon D800?
Of course you also need to read & study the Owner's Manual for your camera.
You have got to be kidding? You own an 800 but you don't know this? Arghhh, why don't I give you my address and have you send me the camera?
Read your manual.
