Can you use a camera on a plane to take pictures?
So basically, this summer (Summer 2011) I traveled to Ghana. I'm currently in Ghana (while asking this question), and when I was on my way to Ghana originally, I had a window seat and I looked outside. It was a beautiful sight, because we were above the clouds. While I've been in Ghana, I've been using my camera a lot to take pictures, and my camera is a Nikon D3100. For some reason that I don't know of, whenever I turn my camera on near this one specific television, the TV begins to start making this static noise, and it only happens when I turn on my camera. So I was wondering if my camera would cause any kind of interference with the plane while I was on the ride, because I Really want to take this picture, but I'd rather not jeopardize my life, as well as many other people's lives.
It will fine people even take videos of their plane taking off or landing
Sure
If you tried taking a picture with the camera in the state and it didn't cause that problem then it's okay. I'm pretty sure your camera does not emit that heavy of a stat that would interfere with the plane I think it's fine. Also ask the air attendant to be safe but I think its okay but good looking out for safety
