I had just gotten my camera yesterday… I took it to an event and had dropped it because some jack@sses ran into me when I was changing my lens. I had gotten my camera off eBay. Is there any way I can fix it?! My dad is going to kill me…

Bummer… You could send it in to Nikon for repair, but depending on what is wrong with it, it may cost $75-$200. Without doing a repair tear-down it is hard to guesstimate.
