I've been really looking at these two cameras and I'm trying to figure out which ones will do me best?
Which one of these two would be best for.
Landscapes.
Weddings.
Portraits.
Wildlife.
Aviation Photography.
Low and High light scenarios.
And fast moving photos(Sports)?

Either really.

The list of subjects will require different lenses more that a specific camera brand and model

I use a Nikon D800e with 14-24 mm when shooting Landscapes.

I use both a D800e and D500 when shooting sports. Those two cameras perform very well in low light. When shooting in full sun, ANY digital SLR will do.

The truth is that ;you need to understand the fundamentals of photography, before you can expect to produce amazing photo with any camera.

Here is a link that shows the performances of the 760D, D7200 and D500

Where the D500 shines is with very fast, accurate autofocus, the fastest autofocus of any digital SLR but for the Nikon D5, especially in low light. You can shoot anything with any dSLR. Between the two, I like the D7200 more because of the control layout. My favorite though would be the Pentax K50.
