Give me tips, advice and info on the berretta tikka t3 30-06?

It is my first bolt action rifle
I have a 4.5-14x40 side focus matte bdc Nikon buckmasters. Riflescope bore sited and mound on top
I want a bullet carrier for the buttstock also I have find right size
I have Remington 165 grain core lokt ammo
Give shooting advice I want be a sharp shooter

Please give lots of advice info and tips

Practice, Practice, Practice. 30-06 is a great all around round and I use core lokt in both my hunting rifles. I have dropped a lot of deer with it in 270 and 243. My on 30-06 is my Garand and I do not hunt with it.
