Can i use bulb mode without remote/wireless shutter release?
I just bought nikon d5200 and i want to use bulb mode but i can't take pictures with more thn 30sex exposures is there any way i can use bulb mode without buying shutter cable or remote coz i have no money left for that.
Sure. You just hold the shutter button down… Just like it says in the instructions that came with your camera.
You can use the bulb mode without a remote but it's not a good idea because you will create blur due to camera shake.
To use the bulb mode you need to adjust your shutter speed all the way down until you see bulb mode.
For a remote I recommend a wired remote, cheap one cost between $7 - $25 and you can lock the shutter with them.
Switch to manual & select 'bulb'
You will need a remote as you will cause camera shake if you haold the shutter button down manually.
Does the D5200 take the ML-L3 remote? If so this is less than £10.
