Which DSLR brand should i prefer?

Am thinking to buy a DSLR. And the budget is 40-45k INR for the Body.
now am confused between SONY/NIKON/CANON? I want to do potratits.streets.nature.sports and later birding. Any suggestion for me?

Nikon is the best when it comes to DSLRs. Go for it!

In the first place you did not say if you have handled these cameras, each is different and the viewing is different. So the final judgment is yours. However that said Canon, Nikon, & Pentax have the reputations, you want to consider. I'm a Pentax convert simply because I prefer the viewing screen and it is less "busy" than others. I would not consider Sony as they refused to repair one of their products even though I offered to pay for the repair. All 3 brands have lenses enough to cover all your requests. Best to start out with the "short" zoom and body that most have. Your acquired experience will lead you to your next lens. All three have been in business since I was age 15, and are most reliable!

Canon DSLR brand is best in all of them.
