I'm looking for a Vid camera that can take Good videos for YouTube like good quality and everything, if you can explain why the one you picked is a better choice.
By the way i'm not taking any requests for any other kind of Cameras.
So any comments like "The nikon 9000 takes good video" will just be ignored and removed.

my two choices are.
First choice.
Canon PowerShot SX130-IS Black 12.1MP Digital Camera w/ 12x Optical Zoom, 3.0" LCD Display

Second Choice.
Canon FS300 Silver Flash Memory Camcorder w/ 37x Optical Zoom

Thanks in advance.
10 points best answer.
Again, thanks.

Added (1). Wait so you said Camcorders are better for Youtube Videos is that true?
So that would mean, the second choice is better? Eh?

All canon cameras are wonderful! I'd go with your first choice just because it's a way better powershot than the second one! But I'm pretty sure you will be content which whichever you choose.

Camcorders are better suited to shooting videos. The camcorder will be better for making videos. Camcorders are usually worse for taking pictures. There's a difference between the two in form and function. For your purposes you should go with a camcorder - they are designed for it, the SX-130 is not. I use a Canon G10 and it rocks but it is a lousy video camera because it just isn't designed for that function.

I would consider Canon PowerShot SX130IS 12.1 MP Digital Camera

Shoot 720p HD video with stereo sound while using the optical zoom
High-powered 12x wide-angle optical zoom with Optical Image Stabilizer
Scene modes like Miniature Effect for Movie and Fisheye Effect; Advanced Smart AUTO
DIGIC 4 Image Processor, with 12.1 megapixels; 3.0-inch wide LCD
Capture images to SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards (not included)
