Which camera should i take Nikon V1 or Pentax K-r?

I'm getting a new camera, I've heard lots of good things about both of them but i don't know which one to take. So do you have any consideration and if neither of them which camera should i take?

Out of those two? Pentax K-r
The Nikon V1 is a whole new system camera that MIGHT. I said MIGHT work. But Pentax has proven with their fourt/third range and their great lenses that they are worth it.
Hell the V1 might be a nikon but like any system lenses matter. Pentax is the better system!

The K-r is much better being a dSLR. The V1 is more comparable to the Pentax Q.

The V1 is a point and shoot that can take DSLR lenses. It doesn't make any sense to buy it. Pentax K-r will outperform it at everything, even the cheapest DSLR with. There's also a Nikon D3100 at the same price level.
