The only new Nikon you will get for that price is if you find a deal on the D3000. But it is a 10Mp DSLR. Not to say that that is not a good camera, as the difference between 10Mp and 12Mp is nil.

There are no Nikon sponsored Black Friday deals for DSLRs.

Simply order online from Amazon, Adorama or B&H.

Why Nikon? And why 12-14 megapixels? You're limiting yourself without even knowing more about DSLR cameras.

Canon EOS XS, T3, Nikon D3000 would be the best.
