Even at that price point, you are going to have to dig to find something. Ebay with all the Chinese copy stuff is going to be the place to look, Amazon would be next.

Even though your D3300 doesn't weigh a lot, your lens may, and you need something able to compensate for the weight of both camera and lens.

I'd start the search with the terms "DSLR steadicam" to get started. You will see numerous types of rigs that purport to steady hand held video, at prices all over the map. After that, it's up to you to choose which type and model will best suit your particular needs.

Why not just turn off Live View and learn to hold your camera properly?

I'm going to pretend that shooting video didn't occur to either of us.
