Best 3rd party flash for nikon under 150 usd?

Best 3rd party flash for nikon under 150 usd?
Would like ttl, and pc sync port though fine without it, and needs a movable head, thought about yongnuo yn468ii

My guess is that for $150, you may not be able to find a flash that is automatic (TTL)

I was able to find a nice used Nikon SB600 on craigslist last year for $200. The extra $50 is well worth saving the extra pennies to buy it
