Sony, cannon, or nikon cool pix digital camera?

I'm looking for a high quality digital camera that takes really good pics
and wouldnt brake to easy because i drop *** everything
and one that will have a long life
i'm looking at theese three brands, and i can't really spend more than 150
would i need to pay more
