What type of Camera would be best for me? - 2
I'm a seventeen-year-old photographer. I've been taking pictures for six years now and I'd like to start a business with my photography. With that being said, I'm looking for a new camera because my current Nikon isn't fulfilling my needs.
Here are some factors in choosing my new camera:
1) I've had no training whatsoever, but I'm willing to teach myself (i.e.learning how the camera works and all that entails) through the process of using it, because I Really don't want to have to buy another, more complex camera in the future when I could be good /now/. I'd rather have a professional camera and work my way up to getting the best out of it, rather than visa versa.
2) I have a tight budget. I can probably do $550, but anymore than that simply won't do.
***HOWEVER, in the case I can find (whatever type you suggest) of camera on Ebay and pay for less, please go ahead and list the best, most professional one!***
3) Lenses. Tell me all you know. Lens Packs? What do you suggest for someone with a tight budget?-as well as what do you suggest for someone trying to take AWESOME pictures?
Thank you so much for your input; it's extremely important information to me.

How to open pictures from a camera that won't open when pluged in?
I have a Nikon camera and when I plug it in to computer its not opening to download the new pictures I took and I can't figure out how to get them?

After a lot of researching I'm looking to upgrade to the D600, and I found it on Cameta, factory refurbished, for just over $1.5 and this includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
What would happen if the camera were to break or have a problem after the 1 year warranty? Would I be able to send it in to Nikon to be repaired even though I didn't buy it from them?
Added (1). AV - Really? Really? It's pretty obvious that I meant 1.5 thousand, not one dollar and 50 cents.

Can I get a Nikon warranty on a camera bought elsewhere?
If I were to buy a "Genuine Nikon USA factory refurbished" camera from an eBay seller(one with over 99% positive feedback), could I get a warranty for it through Nikon? How much would a warranty cost?

Nikon 1 lens with manual focus?
I have a nikon 1 j1 and I'm going into an intro to photography class that requires me to have manual focus. The lens I currently have can't manually focus but I know the camera has the capability to manually focus. Do any of the new Nikon 1 lenses have the ability to be focused manually or do I need to buy the adapter and another Nikon lens. If I do need to buy the adapter do I have to buy the Nikon brand lens adapter or is there a third party brand that I can purchase for cheaper?

So i will buy a new camera bot i don't know what to buy. I will buy it from amazon and i want it no cost more than 100$. Maybe sony, nikon, cannon, panasonic or samsung. So please tell me a good camera from amazon and give me link to it. I just want to make nice photos and no be very expensive. (sry for my english.

Can I use a new DSLR lense on an older film camera?
Thanks for taking the time to help me out. I have a number of prime and zoom lenses for my current (cropped sensor) nikon DSLR camera. I'm taking a class in film photography and I have to buy a 35mm film SLR camera. I do want to stick to nikon. Is it possible for me to invest in a body only and use the lenses I already have? Or perhaps buy lenses that will be compatible with both my dslr and SLR? How do I know if they are compatible?

What camera is recommended for beginning photographers?
How many megapixels? And does it matter?
Cannon vs. Nikon

In a pie graph, canon cameras = 28%, Nikon = 24%, Sony = x%, and Kodak = 37%?
The number of Nikon cameras sold was 720. If 40% of the customers who purchases a Canon camera had purchased a Sony camera instead, what would have been the positive difference between the number of Sony cameras and Kodak cameras sold?
A) 330
B) 336
C) 444
D) 666
E) 1110
