Buying a D600 from Cameta?

After a lot of researching I'm looking to upgrade to the D600, and I found it on Cameta, factory refurbished, for just over $1.5 and this includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

What would happen if the camera were to break or have a problem after the 1 year warranty? Would I be able to send it in to Nikon to be repaired even though I didn't buy it from them?

Added (1). AV - Really? Really? It's pretty obvious that I meant 1.5 thousand, not one dollar and 50 cents.

As long as you pay them, they will work on your camera. Did you really get a D600 for $1.50?

No need to worry as Cameta is an authorised dealer who sells factory refurbished cameras and lens.

Not a good idea.

You don't usually buy cameras direct from the manufacturer. After the warranty period you have to pay to get it fixed wherever you buy if from unless you buy an extended warranty.

As long as it is a US authorized dealer and it is a Nikon factory US refurbished camera, you should not have any issue with Nikon fixing your camera (for a fee - after the warranty period expires).

Where you get into trouble with Nikon USA is if you buy Grey Market (direct store import) Nikon gear. Nikon USA will not fix these even if you pay them.

I've bought a Nikon D5000, a 18-55mm & 55-200mm lens from them, all refurbished. All three were like
new.
In the unlikely chance something goes wrong with your camera after the warranty runs out, I'm sure you
can send it back to them for repairs, for a cost.

Yes, they will work on it.
Cameta is an authorized dealer of Nikon.
Nikon will accept any camera that says Nikon for repairs.
If they made it they will work on it.
You will have to pay for the repairs though.
I highly do not think it will brake.
(Well, unless you do not drop it a million times)
Nikon is Not known for failures.

AV you are so funny! $1.50 Haha
There's no need to worry.
