NIKON N6006 PRODUCE AS GOOD AS A DSLR?

The Nikon N6006 is a 35 mm camera.
Depending upon the film you use, it can produce better, equal or less than the same quality of a Nikon D4

It should be the same but the dSLR will produce razor sharp pictures due to anti-shake technology.

Yes. Especially if you use a fine grain color print film like Kodak Ektar 100 and have your camera on a tripod.
Minolta X-700, Aperture Priority, 70-210mm zoom probably at f11, camera on my tripod, Ektar 100. Manually focused since that's the only option.
