Nikon DSLR Camera and Wireless Remote?

I need help getting my Nikon 5100 to work with this wireless remote I bought.

No help from either manual? The only remote mentioned in the manual is the ML-L3. If the remote is not that model, you're probably wasting your time.

If you had gone to the Nikon website you would have noticed this.
