Look on page 323 in the manual. It states that you need a WR-R10 in conjunction with the WR-T10. A cheaper alternative is getting Vello's Freewave remote for $36 at B&H Photo. Nikon's solution costs $200. Too bad Nikon removed the IR remote from their new cameras. The remote was under $20.
