After I took several pictures with my camera and want to do time lapse, what program can I use to see it. I hope someone out there can give me an idea of a program (I hope free) so I can see my time lapse, thanks.

Nope, nothing free. It's not all about a program either.

First you need a camera remote that will trigger the camera to fire every few seconds. Most time lapse photographers choose 5 seconds because that will make the final product smoother when finished.

Then there's the editor. There are several editors available that will do time lapse, most are around
$100 to buy and most remotes are about $50 and up.

There are free ones, and cheap ones. If you go to preview, there's a software board where you can do a search to find some that other people have tried. You can also Google free time lapse software.

Not sure about the D7000, but on my D5000 it has a program to make stop motion movies in the menu. You just select your time lapse photos and it generates an AVI.

The D7000 has "interval timer shooting". See page 155 in the manual.

To put this together, you can use a video editing program. Many video editing programs can make a slide show video from still images which is perfect for displaying images during a time lapse session. You can also use ffmpeg (free program) to do slideshows. If you are comfortable using command line programs, this is a good way of putting together your show.
