Nikon 1 J2, Canon G1 X and Sony Nex-7?

So, I'm looking to purchase one of these cameras, although I'm open to recommendations. My budget is around 1, 000 dollars, I personally want a camera for the purposes of modeling or generally outstanding pictures in all settings from scenery, group photos as well as lighting. The reason these cameras appeal to me is because of the size, they're compact but intricate. These cameras also appeared to be the top of their tiers. I'd appreciate if someone could break down to me the significant purposes of each camera, and which would suit me best based on the information I've given. To be more precise, I would like a camera that has a lot of useful settings and effects in order to take unique photos.

Nikon J2 no. G1 X no. Sony NEX-7 is a little over your budget, especially for such a bad kit lens. I suggest getting an Olympus EP series or Panasonic G series with a good lens.
