First, carefully clean the viewfinder eyepiece, the one you put your eye to.
Have it cleaned at the service center.
Water intrusion will likely cause electrical parts inside the camera to fail. If not immediately, then gradually over time as bits slowly corrode. Your best solution is to immediately send the camera off to be internally cleaned out before any parts actually fail.
It is not fully dried out.
