My Nikon COPLEX won't turn on after charge inch it for 2 hours?
I got my nikon camera 2 years ago for Christmas. It worked for a long time and then I lost the charger. Recently I found my charger and I went to charge it. I plugged it into the wall and the camera. The little green flashing light came on that shows that it's charging. It would flash for about 30 seconds and then the light would turn off. Then I tried turning it on and it didn't do anything! I was wondering if I need to get a new battery pack? It doesn't take batteries like AA or AAA it has a little rectangle battery pack. What's wrong with my camera?!
Sounds like your rechargeable battery died from not being charged for a very long time.
I doubt it can be saved by recharging but you might try leaving it on all day and night to see if it ever overcomes the initial charge wall.
If it never charges get new battery.
You ruined the battery by allowing it to lay around dead for a long time. That's about the worst thing you can do to a li-ion battery.
