My camera stopped working?

I have a Nikon S70. Last night, I was sitting on a chair and it dropped on the ground (tiles) When I turned it on, the screen has these stripes and the lighting is really messed up. I don't have an accident warranty so is there any way I can help it?

Technology sucks. But if you take it back maybe it can be repaired or exchanged?

Well, the average cost for a repair like the is $125-$175 and can take up to a month or longer.
The average cost to buy a new one is about $145 on amazon… It is not worth the $299 that bestbuy wants for it.
Words of advice… Use the wrist strap ANYTIME the camera is not in its protective case.

There's nothing else you can do. It is now time to buy a new camera.
