Did your Nikon camera flash stopped working over time?
Mine stopped working after about a year of use. Speedlights work normally, but the built-in flash is dead. Did anyone else experience this?

It depends
If you use your onboard flash a whole lot (25% of the time or more), the flash tube will eventually fail as you use it more and more.
Before being able to give you a definitive answer you need to give us an estimate of how many total shutter cycles you have on your camera and approximately how much of the time you use the onboard flash
I have an old Nikon D300, 10 years old and its onboard flash is still working, however, when I need flash, I use an external Nikon flash (SB600 or SB800)
My newest camera, a Nikon D500 has NO onboard flash
I have 2 and no. But I don't need it much either. They do well in low light.
Hasn't happened to either of my 10 and 4 year old Nikon DSLRs. Although, I don't use the built in flash all that often. The D40 flash problem usually was due to a contact spring popping off. It was relatively easy to fix and Youtube videos have been made showing how to fix. Perhaps the same construction is used on newer models.
Not yet!
Nope not yet.
Actually, I've never even heard anyone having that problem. And it's never happened to me but, then again, I don't use my onboard flash and RARELY use an external speedflash.
Nikon dSLRs, yes. My D40, I fixed myself. Something just got loose inside. The two D50 I had were intermittent when I just bought them (secondhand) but now are both dead. I'm still looking for the right screwdriver to open up them up. All work with external flashes.
Yes, but I used it a lot. It would pop, but not flash. I didn't have the same problem with my point-and-shoot and phone flash whatsoever. Only dSLRs.
