My Nikon d3000's flash stopped working it still takes pictures but the flash will not flash so the pictures turn out really bad unless it's sunny out. Is there anyway that I can fix this. It is still under warranty but I'm not sure where to send it either. A quick fix or a location on the nikon site as to where to send it would be appreciated.

Call the store you bought the camera from. Either they point you to their authorized service center or bring your camera there themselves. You will need the original sales receipt to claim warranty for free parts, service or both.

And yes, Nick's answer is completely valid.

You can get a external flash for it, hey, it beats Nikon's cost to fix it!

If you are under warranty, have Nikon deal with it

If you are out of warranty, Nikon will want quite a bit and a external flash will be cheaper in the long run

Ultimately up to you
