The Nikon D3300 with two lenses, 18-55 mm and 55-200 mm costs $999, but with the Nikon instant savings it costs $649 from NIkon. This fact alone should give you a hint that this is probably either a grey market camera or you are dealing with a "bait and switch" company who will "sell" you the better items for an inflated price.

Here is the problem. Being an intelligent person, you want to get the most bang for your buck, however you do not have a full understanding of what all these things offered by TriState are or you would not have to ask this question.

1) The 0.43 Wide Angle Lens w/ Macro Portion and 2.2x Photo Professional Telephoto HD Lens are NOT lenses at all, but cheap add on filters.
2) The Tamron 70-300 mm lens is sold instead of the Nikkor 55-200 mm VR (a much better lens). The Tamron says it is a macro lens but it is really a close focus lens. A true macro lens has three distinct features. * it is a prime lens, NOT a zoom, * it is a special flat field lens so you will not get images that show barrel or pincushion distortion and macro lenses can resolve to a 1:1 image to subject ratio and have markings on the lens to show you these macro ratios (1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4)
3) 2 - 32GB Class 10 SDHC Flash Memory Cards are very inexpensive, so not a big deal
4) Multi-Coated 3 Piece Filter Kit (UV-CPL-FLD) are basically junk and you do NOT need a FLD (fluorescent to daylight filter) because your camera has settings to adjust for such situations. A good multi-coated UV filter and CPL filer costs around $80 each. Poor filters like those offered will only degrade your images.
5) Replacement Battery for Nikon EN-EL14. Is a third party battery. You should know that there are problems with non-Nikon batteries including the fact that they will not work in the newest Nikon camera. Why? Because they can overheat while charging reducing their life, in some cases cause a fire and in the worst case, have exploded. If your camera is damaged by such a battery, Nikon's warranty will not cover the damage
6) Professional Tripod for Digital SLR Camera. The tripods that professional photographers use cost from $350 to over $900. This should give you a hint to the quality of this "professional tripod" they include

Buy from a known, reputable camera company like B&H Photo, Adorama, Amazon Prime or directly from Nikon.

Here is a quote from one of their customers:

"So in trying to get a return nearly all of the phone numbers and extensions I tried either ended with a disconnect or a 'we're closed' message (at 3:15 in the afternoon on a weekday). When I finally got someone on the phone at first they said I would get a 'full refund'. Then a second later than changed to 15% restocking fee. After more back and forth email and letting them know I would pursue a full refund, I finally got one. There's no point dealing with these folks. It's a very shady way to run a business. Stick with Adorama, BHPhoto, Amazon, or Best Buy." -- Mike T., Cary, NC
