Can i trust this seller on ebay?

Is it safe for me to buy the product mentioned in the given link:

I fear he may give a duplicate or used camera. If so, can i get my money back? Or will i be forced to use the received item?

I'm an Indian from India. Never buy anything in India if you can help it. No item comes sealed in a tamperproof seal in India. Forget on line sellers. Even if you buy in a regular shop, do you think you will get a factory fresh sealed unit? There are dozens of cameras open on the shelves which are put into boxes and sold as new after months of being used for demonstration. Many peoole come and handle them give them back and go away. Have you not seen dozens of tv sets all playing video content in shops which are repacked with a flimsy paper seal and sold as new. We Indians are not honest people.
